Mission

My mission is to cultivate a transparent, all-inclusive environment that is centered on training, development, risk awareness, business excellence, and fellowship. I believe my role extends beyond administration — it is to ensure that our District is both informed and heard.

While honoring and preserving the Third District’s rich history and traditions, I am committed to focusing on the business of Omega, fostering succession planning, and encouraging ongoing fellowship. I will promote professional development, provide awareness training, and actively engage Brothers along with key internal and external stakeholders. By upholding transparency, embracing unity, and advancing these pillars, we will strengthen our bond, honor our heritage, and move the Third District forward.

Vision

My vision is for the Third District to stand as the premier District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity—recognized for excellence in leadership, service, and brotherhood. We will forge and sustain meaningful relationships within our communities to foster open communication and collaborative problem-solving. By embracing innovative technologies, we will enhance our operations, efficiency, and effectiveness
Through continuous education, awareness, professional development, and succession planning, we will create an environment where our members thrive. We will measure ourselves against best practices, accountability, risk mitigation, and pursue continual improvement and learning. We will earn and maintain the trust and confidence of all Brothers through transparency and by enriching their Omega experience. Above all, we will elevate the image and reputation of the Third District and our beloved Fraternity through our service, performance, appearance, conduct, and unwavering commitment to our cardinal principles.

Be Recognized as the Premier District in Omega Psi Phi

  • Demonstrate excellence in leadership, service, and brotherhood across all operations and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with internal fraternal partners, as well as community organizations, civic leaders, and key stakeholders to foster communication and collaborative problem-solving.

Commit to Continuous Improvement and Risk Mitigation

  • Provide ongoing education, professional development, and awareness programs for Brothers at all levels.
  • Establish structured succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Work closely with Third District and chapter R&R chairs to meet R&R goals.

  • Implement and utilize current and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, transparency, and engagement across the Third District.

Be Recognized as the Premier District in Omega Psi Phi
  • Earn recognition at the International level for excellence in at least four Fraternity program areas annually.
  • Achieve ≥ 90%-chapter compliance with all International and Third District reporting and operational requirements.
  • Establish partnerships with a minimum of 4 corporate organizations, community organizations, civic/non-profit groups, and or educational institutions each fiscal year.
  • Host at least 4 District-wide community engagement events annually.
  • Document and share community impact reports with Brothers routinely.
  • Continuously upgrading our online platforms to assist with efficient District reporting, communication, and event registration.
  • Conduct quarterly technology training sessions for all chapter officers and Automation Committee Chairmen.
  • Maintain ≥ 95% on time reporting through International and Third District digital systems.
  • Offer at least 4 professional development workshops per year (officers, leadership, financial literacy, public speaking, RONR, etc.).
  • Implement a District-wide mentorship program pairing senior and younger Brothers within 12 months.
  • Create and maintain a succession plan for all Third District leadership roles by the end of each fiscal year.
  • Maintain ≥ 90% Third District retention rate annually and reclaim ≥ 200 brothers.
  • Increase the Third District’s membership to 2,600 members.
  • Conduct semiannual Third District performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct internal Third District Audits quarterly.
  • Implement a Third District risk management plan and review it annually.
  • Ensure 100% of chapters participate in mandatory protocol, standards of conduct, risk management and compliance training each year.
  • Achieve ≥ 80%-member satisfaction in annual Third District Meeting surveys.
  • Increase participation in Third District events by 10% annually.
  • Establish a feedback system for Brothers to submit ideas and concerns, with responses provided within 30 days.
  • Publish at least 6 media features (Omega Post, Brother Spotlight, press releases, interviews, social media campaigns) annually highlighting Third District achievements.
  • Require all Third District-sponsored events to include branding, public engagement, and post-event reporting.
  • Train at least 95% of chapter officers and editors/reporters in public relations and event presentation standards annually.
